THE TOP 40 BEST SONGS OF 2025
Well, here it is. The last of 2025's Lists. I don't have a lot to say, other than yeah, these songs slap. (I guess I should make note of Folk Bitch Trio getting two songs on this list, one in the Top 15, after that album made my Bottom Five, so...note.)
I sincerely hope you find something you love out of this list. Hell, maybe 40 somethings! Enjoy:

How could I NOT put my own personal empowerment anthem at Number One? When I wrote it, it's what I hoped would happen, and now it has. Plus, how'm I gonna deny a song that kicks this much ass? It manages to pack four verses, four choruses, a spoken word interlude, a bass solo, a drum solo and a guitar solo into less than four and a half minutes. I hope when you listen to this, it pumps you up like it does me.
Carry that feeling into this new year.
Don't give up.
